Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
Algorithm Development: Design and implement advanced algorithms to solve business problems, focusing on optimizing processes and improving outcomes.
Data Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define the data strategy, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
Visualization & Reporting: Build intuitive and impactful data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative Projects: Partner with software engineers, product managers, and other teams to integrate data solutions into products and services.
Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and apply them to innovate within the organization.
Requirements
Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles.
Technical Expertise: Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Pandas.
Statistical Knowledge: Expertise in statistical methods, experimental design, and A/B testing.
Big Data Tools: Proficiency with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery).
Visualization Skills: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or custom D3.js visualizations.
Data Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, ETL processes, and data pipeline management.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for deriving meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Advanced Degree: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
