We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive product adoption and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to create go-to-market strategies, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and accelerate growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to deeply understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Use insights to shape product positioning and messaging.
  • Growth Campaigns: Design and lead growth campaigns that drive product adoption, engagement, and retention across different customer segments.
  • Content & Messaging: Create compelling product messaging, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content that communicates the value of our products clearly and effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on growth goals, feedback loops, and marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, product metrics, and market trends to continuously optimize marketing strategies and drive results.
  • Customer Advocacy: Build relationships with key customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and user-generated content that support marketing efforts and strengthen our brand.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and product stories.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer behavior, needs, and pain points, with a passion for creating solutions that meet those needs.
  • Creative & Innovative: Ability to think creatively and innovate in the development of campaigns, content, and growth strategies.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
